Most businesses lose hours every day to work that is entirely mechanical: moving data between systems, chasing updates, formatting the same report, answering the same question. None of it needs a person, and all of it is quietly expensive.

I design and build the systems that absorb that work — integrations between the tools a business already runs, automated pipelines, and AI-assisted steps where judgement is genuinely needed rather than bolted on for its own sake. The measure of success is simple: hours returned, and errors that stop happening.

I work with individuals, startups and larger organisations, and I am equally willing to say when a process should be fixed or deleted rather than automated.
